C. Take time to think over a project to effectively do well in this class. This will allow me to turn in the best work possible. this in return will also give a better understanding for when I leave AHS and pursue college and a job.
D. I took Accounting and in the class a key survival skill was Agility & Adaptability. The reason behind this was that the class was forever changing, if you made one bad decision you could be affected in a negative way. In addition Accounting is strenuous in which you have to make sure you have every detail right. One specific time was when we were working on our final projects I messed up on an accounts receivable I had to rework the whole project once again.

B. We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them-Albert Einstein.
C. Actively think on all aspects of any project we work on and find the best way to solve the problem. Also to not take any short cuts as this will hinder my thought process ability. This will not only make the project better but improve my thinking skills as a whole.
D. In Sports and Entertainment Marketing I used the curiosity and imagination survival skill during a sports project. The objective was to create a sports team for any of the major sports leagues and design every aspect of the team including the location, arena, jerseys, prices and players on the team. The entire project was in your control and really tested your imagination to create something new and original.

B. It's sort of a mental attitude about critical thinking and curiosity. It's about mindset of looking at the world in a playful and curious and creative way.
C. I will take notes and ask detailed questions about the topic that we are on. Also I will think outside the box.
D. PSA for health class. I had to create a commercial for the final project, there was much involved by creating the movie online, and creating special effects. this skill promote curiosity and imagination. I feel this way because it takes imagination to create a commercial. I would give myself a grade between 85-95.

C. In this class I feel like I will be adapting because, although I do have some computer skills, I will be learning a lot more and finding new ways to learn things.
D. I feel like my internship at Dr. Johnson's office has really taught me some adaptability skills. I have always been a more introverted person, and at my internship I have really learned to be more open and verbal about what I am doing. I have asked many questions along the way so I can learn about the many different jobs that she does. I have gained a lot of experience with dealing with people and learning about new skills and important character traits of a nurse. I have dealt with many different people while I have been there and learning about different people and how to deal with them is very important in learning to adapt to the environment and the person.

ReplyDeleteI am going to discuss skill number 1, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving. A quote that relates to this skill is, "The important thing is to not stop questioning " by Albert Einstein. To promote the development of this skill I might have to answer problems given to me and have to think critically about them. Last year I took accounting that forced me to solve many problems and think critically. I feel this way because I had to use critically thinking to see what I did wrong when the final totals didn't equal and I had to see where I went wrong and fix it. I give myself a 4/5

ReplyDeleteA. I am going to do skill #7 named Curiosity and Imagination.
B. “The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination. I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious,” by Albert Einstein.
C. In class to promote curiosity I could ask questions about topics I am unsure of. I could also research topics that I don’t know much about and find out about it. To promote imagination I could go above and beyond the projects and do other research about the topic. I could present projects in a creative way and use my imagination while presenting.
D. In Chemistry class last year we had to research topics about Olympic sports. We had to pick one sport and make a poster of it. I chose curling. I had no clue what curling was so I was curious and I researched it. I found out all about curling and I did my poster on it. I used my imagination to make my poster. I cut out the poster like a curling ball and typed my info and pasted it on the curling ball. I used my imagination to make my poster into like the sport I researched.
I believe I did a good job on this quiz and that I have original ideas and my examples relate to my life. I believe that I got a 100 on this quiz and I answered all of the questions thoroughly.
